Surft at sea since long. Strong wind predicted. Used the Ice 4.2 on the JP FSW 84. Started with the K4 Rockets, later switched to the FreeWave 21 and 10cm Makani thrusters. Few beautiful waves, water often very rough and chaotic. Sailed a long time, delicious, jumping, waveriding, was delicious but tiring. Unfortunately hurt my foot. [Read...]

Cold Weekend, RegioCup zuid cancelled, some free sailing. iSonic 127 with Warp 9.0 and Z-Fins 46 S--: lots of lift. Then used the Boss 49cm, more familiar. Stance on the board not good. Only in gusts enough to plane. At the end of the afternoon more sun, warmer and wind slightly better. [Read...]

RegioCup half April cancelled due to cold weather. All weekend NE Wind predicted, awhich is always cold. But with only 6 to 8 degrees maximum predicted: too cold. The organization will not have liked it, last year the wind did not come true all yeare, now the first race of 2019 must be canceledd, but it is a sensible decision.
