Wind was predicted SSW, never the best waves, but can be fun. Sun, no rain.
Sailed with the Banzai 4.7 on the Goya One 95 with 20/10cm thrusters.
Was a lot of fun for a while. Especially sometimes nice multiple hit back-side waveriding.
Unfortunately, the wind dropped completely at the end. Temperature was quite good, even sailed without a cap for a while. [Read...]

After months too cold, no wind or Carnival. Today finally SW wind again and warm enough.
Sailed the Banzai 4.7 on the One 95.
Low tide, so relatively flat. Only a bit of jumping and a bit of back-side wave riding.
Jibing on the outside was often a planning jibe.
Timing was very good. After rigging it stayed dry and the wind was good all the time.
Unfortunately my condition is not very good, so I get tired relatively quickly. Wonderful to have sailed again. [Read...]
